Co. has provided general contracting services from its conception in
1916. We have skilled team members who have the experience and training to
complete your project. The project executives are the team captains for
the projects and are responsible for the successful completion of projects
within the budget, schedule and quality requirements set forth for the
project. The project executive has the support of his construction team
consisting of the project manager, project superintendent, office assistants and
field assistants. Our general contracting services include the following:
ESTIMATING

Establish
a list of qualified subcontractor's to bid the project. |

Review
subcontractor proposals for conformance to scope, schedule, phasing and
quality. |

Value
Engineering / Cost Reductions if needed to bring the project within
budget. |
CONSTRUCTION
|
Award
subcontracts to the low responsible trade contractors. |
|
Provide
the necessary field and office supervision for the project. |
|
Implement
the project safety plan and coordinate the submittal process. |
|
Update and
refine the project schedule with phasing and subcontractor input. |
|
Hold
progress meetings to review and coordinate submittals, schedule, material,
deliveries, testing/inspection reports, Requests for Information (RFI),
proposal request and application for payments. |

Process
payment applications of subcontractor's verifying work-in-place and stored
materials. |
|
Obtain
the necessary governmental agencies inspections and approvals throughout
the duration of the project to secure the Use & Occupancy permits. |
|
Create,
submit and monitor the project punch-list on a phased basis to ensure
timely completion of the work. |
|
Submit
all warranties, guarantees, operation and maintenance manuals and any
other close-out items required. |
