Fairchance Construction Company is a Pennsylvania corporation located in the southwestern corner of the state approximately sixty miles south of Pittsburgh in the borough of Fairchance. The company is presently engaged in general construction contracting, design/build contracting, and construction management.




The company has established a reputation for performance and quality construction on competitive bid projects as well as negotiated cost-plus, fixed price, and construction management contracts. We are a family owned and operated business proudly in our fourth generation.
